Statement of Compliance

All visual content appearing on Elite Content Models featuring actual, sexually explicit conduct is produced by third-party creators who are responsible for maintaining records in compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.

Age Verification Process

Before any creator is approved to publish content on Elite Content Models, they must complete a thorough identity and age verification process that includes:

• Submission of a valid, government-issued photo identification document
• Verification that the performer is at least 18 years of age
• Confirmation of identity matching between the individual and the ID provided
• Ongoing monitoring to ensure continued compliance with all platform policies

No content from a creator will be made available on the platform until this verification process has been successfully completed and approved by our compliance team.

Record-Keeping

In accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, records required to be maintained with respect to content appearing on this platform are kept by the individual creators who produce the content (the primary producers).

Elite Content Models, as a secondary producer, maintains its own set of records as required by law. These records include verification documents, consent forms, and associated identification materials for each creator on the platform.

Custodian of Records

The custodian of records as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 can be contacted at the address below. Records are available for inspection during normal business hours at the registered address of the custodian.

Creator Responsibilities

All creators on the platform acknowledge and agree to the following as a condition of using the platform:

• They are at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to produce adult content
• All individuals depicted in their content are at least 18 years of age
• They maintain all required records under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 for content they produce
• They will provide valid identification for verification purposes upon request
• They consent to the platform retaining copies of verification documents for compliance purposes

Exemption Notice

To the extent that any content on this platform does not depict actual, sexually explicit conduct as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2256, such content is exempt from the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257. This includes, but is not limited to, content that depicts simulated sexual conduct or non-explicit material.

Reporting Concerns
