Elite Content Models is committed to protecting the intellectual property rights of content creators and copyright holders. We comply with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and will respond promptly to any properly submitted takedown notices.
If you believe your copyrighted work has been copied or made available on this platform without your authorization, please follow the process outlined below to submit a takedown request.
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
To submit a valid DMCA takedown notice, you must provide the following information in writing:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the URL or location on the platform
- Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner
How to Submit
DMCA takedown notices should be sent to our designated DMCA agent via email. Please include all required information as outlined above to ensure your notice can be processed without delay.
Incomplete notices may not be actioned. We recommend including as much detail as possible to help us identify and locate the allegedly infringing material quickly.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it previously appeared
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and telephone number
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts in your district and that you will accept service of process from the party who submitted the takedown notice
Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA, Elite Content Models maintains a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers. We reserve the right to terminate any account at our discretion if the account holder is the subject of multiple valid DMCA takedown notices.
Good Faith & Misrepresentation
Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled by mistake, may be subject to liability. Please ensure that all claims are made in good faith and are accurate before submitting a takedown notice.
