By accessing, browsing, or using the Elite Content Models website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use this platform. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

All creators must provide valid government-issued photo identification for age and identity verification before being approved on the platform.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

• You may not share your account credentials with any third party
• You are responsible for all content accessed through your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Each individual may maintain only one account on the platform

Creator Terms & Earnings

Creators are independent contractors and not employees of Elite Content Models. Creators are solely responsible for the content they produce and upload.

• Creators keep 80% of all revenue from content sales
• Payouts are processed via Volet.com and are subject to minimum thresholds
• Creators must maintain a valid Volet.com account to receive payouts
• Earnings are calculated in real time and visible on the creator dashboard
• Payout requests are typically processed within a few business days

Content Guidelines

All content uploaded to the platform must feature consenting adults aged 18 or older. The following content is strictly prohibited:

• Content involving or depicting minors in any capacity
• Non-consensual or coerced content of any kind
• Content depicting illegal activities
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Revenge content or content uploaded without the subject's consent

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines and to terminate the account of any user who uploads prohibited content.

Purchases & Refunds

All purchases on the platform are final. Content packages are digital goods delivered immediately upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are generally not available once content has been accessed.

If you experience a technical issue preventing access to purchased content, please contact our support team and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Intellectual Property

Creators retain full ownership of the content they upload. By uploading content, creators grant Elite Content Models a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote the content within the platform.

Members may not download, copy, reproduce, distribute, or share any content from the platform without the explicit written consent of the creator.

Prohibited Conduct

• Attempting to access content without proper payment
• Sharing, redistributing, or reselling purchased content
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing creators or other users
• Using automated tools or bots to access the platform
• Circumventing security measures or exploiting vulnerabilities
• Impersonating another person or entity

DMCA & Copyright Claims

We respect intellectual property rights and respond promptly to valid DMCA takedown notices. If you believe your copyrighted work has been used without authorization, please contact us with details of the alleged infringement.

Limitation of Liability

Elite Content Models provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the platform. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the platform. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
